Processing
Most orders ship within 24 hours on business days. Some items may take 1–3 business days.
Delivery
Typically 3–7 business days after shipping, depending on your location and the carrier.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number.

- We ship from New Jersey. Delays can happen during holidays and severe weather.
Returns & Refunds
- You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer, except for wrong or damaged items, which Branley Ventures pays for.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
- Non-returnable items: opened beauty products, fragrances, intimate items, gift baskets.
Wrong or Damaged Items
If something arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
